Job Summary:As Wealth Platform Manager, you're responsible for driving SCB Wealth's digital platform strategy by identifying growth opportunities, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals, and leading effective execution. This includes collaborating with key stakeholders, managing strategic initiatives, and leveraging data to enhance platform performance and competitiveness. Your work will directly contribute to SCB Wealth’s growth and its ability to deliver a superior digital experience for customers and wealth relationship managers.Job Descriptions:Strategic Planning: Develop a digital wealth business strategy aligned with SCB Wealth’s long-term vision, identifying innovative products and emerging trends to enhance the platformStakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders—including executives, product, legal and compliance, and IT teams—to understand their needs and ensure seamless communication and strategy execution, as well as provide clear and consistent updates, progress reports, and outcomesExecution and Implementation: Design and optimize business workflows, customer journeys, workshops, and user experiences while tracking project timelines and managing cross-functional coordination to ensure smooth and timely executionBusiness Outcome Alignment: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics to measure platform performance and ensure alignment with business objectivesData Analytics: Develop a holistic data utilization framework to support business goals by identifying opportunities to leverage data assets, analytics, and machine learning to drive customer insights, innovation, and revenue growthDocumentation: Translate product vision into user requirements for the IT team and proactively address project challenges while creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentationCompetitive Intelligence: Conduct competitive analysis to stay informed on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities related to investment products and feature to differentiate the platform and adopt cutting-edge technologiesQualifications:Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Business Analytics, or a related fieldAt least 5 years of experience in banking (preferably in wealth management) or consulting, with a strong understanding of investment products and previous experience in product managementProven experience in leveraging consumer insights, segmentation, and personalization strategies to optimize marketing, improve acquisition and retention, and drive revenueStrong business acumen with the ability to balance technical feasibility and business value creationDemonstrated ability to analyze data, generate insights, and support data-driven decision-making, as well as excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneouslyProficiency in English communication
