Overview Of The RoleOur global beauty client is seeking a detail-oriented Web Content Coordinator to support their Customer Experience team in creating and managing product content for retailer websites. This role involves working within the Salsify platform to ensure accurate, engaging, and brand-aligned product information for a large portfolio of SKUs. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with marketing teams and demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills.The BasicsDuration: 6 monthsSchedule/Hours: Typically 25-30 hours per week (some weeks may reach 40 hours)Location: Remote flexibility, NYC preferredTop 3 Required QualificationsExperience with Content Management Systems (CMS): Proficiency in platforms such as Salsify or similar tools for product content creation and publishing.Attention to Detail and Accuracy: Ability to manage large volumes of SKUs while maintaining high standards of quality and consistency.Collaboration Skills: Strong communication and teamwork capabilities to work effectively with marketing and cross-functional teams.Other QualificationsFamiliarity with product detail page (PDP) content requirements for e-commerce retailersBasic understanding of user experience principles and website content best practicesAbility to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentPrevious experience in consumer products or digital content roles is a plusKey ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & Management: Develop and maintain product content in Salsify, ensuring accuracy and alignment with brand guidelines.Collaboration: Partner with marketing teams to gather briefs, visuals, and product details for content development.Workflow Efficiency: Complete content tasks promptly (average of 20 minutes per SKU) while upholding quality standards.Stakeholder Communication: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processes and timely content delivery.In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
