We’re looking for a talented Digital Content Specialist to support our website management, content creation, multimedia editing, and regional collaboration efforts. This is a remote opportunity that offers flexibility and the chance to make a meaningful impact.Key Responsibilities:Manage and update website content regularly using CMS platforms (WordPress, Sitecore, Drupal) ensuring accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment.Create and update marketing materials such as PDFs using Adobe InDesign and Adobe Document Creator.Enhance and optimize images for digital platforms using Adobe Photoshop.Collaborate with regional teams to review and maintain translated and localized content across digital channels.Support regional commercial teams with event planning, registration, logistics, and promotional materials.Edit and produce short-form video content for marketing campaigns, social media, and internal communications.Coordinate content review with stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate updates.Maintain awareness of digital asset management tools and limited CMS access, applying web design experience when needed.Lead and support communication strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals and brand guidelines.Contribute to continuous improvement of communication approaches, methods, and processes.Support internal and external communication activities to strengthen the company's brand and market engagement.Qualifications:2-5 years of experience in digital content management, multimedia editing, or related fields.Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college; high school diploma/GED with 4+ years of relevant experience accepted.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro or similar).Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Sitecore, or Drupal.Strong editing, content updating, and image optimization skills.Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.Multilingual content coordination experience is a plus.Desired Characteristics:Excellent oral and written communication skills.Leadership qualities and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.Adaptability and proactive problem-solving abilities.Why Join Us:100% remote work environmentOpportunity to work with a global teamCompetitive contract terms with potential for permanent hireChance to contribute to impactful communication initiatives
