MOA is inviting proposals from reputable and qualified Individuals with a track record of success in developing world-class, dynamic, and responsive design websites, to develop a new website to replace our current one. The website and accompanying social media will attract and deepen engagement with a wide variety of audiences and stakeholders, including Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs), Public and Private Sector Organizations, Faith Based Organizations (FBOs), and Community-Based Organizations (CBOs).Objectives The primary objectives of this project are as follows:Develop a user-friendly and responsive website that aligns with our organization's goals and branding.Ensure the website is hosted securely, with minimal downtime and fast loading times.Provide ongoing maintenance and updates to keep the website current, functional, and free from vulnerabilities.3.0 SCOPE OF WORK:A. Web Development:Design and develop a modern and visually appealing website.Promote the development, adoption, and good practices within the Organization.Increase the profile For Move On Afrika ConsultancyPromote high-quality intellectual, ethical, and professional standards.Ensure the website is responsive and compatible with various browsers and devices.Implement SEO best practices for better search engine visibility.Integrate analytics tools to track website performance and user behavior.B. Web Hosting:Provide secure and reliable hosting services with the following specifications: (40GB NGO Domain)Regularly back up website data to prevent data loss.Implement measures to ensure website security, including SSL certificates and firewall protection.C. Maintenance and Support:Perform regular updates to the website, including content updates, security patches, and plugin updates.Monitor website performance and address any issues promptly to minimize downtime.Provide technical support to resolve any website-related issues or inquiries.Conduct periodic security audits and implement necessary security enhancements.4.0 REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEThe Individual should demonstrate and provide examples of previous experience in the performance of similar services as follows:1.   Be a with at least 5 years of prior experience designing visually appealing and navigation-friendly websites;2.   Familiarity and relevant experience in using different Content Management Systems (CMS) to develop database-driven websites;3.   Have a deep knowledge of current web development technologies and design tools in the field, and new software and other web programming languages and programs including the use of HTML, XHTML, CSS, XML, XSLT, PHP, MYSQL, Java;4.   Have excellent knowledge of recent trends in user interface design, flagship web sites, including online video publishing, animation, and social media networking;5.   Demonstrate the ability to create an innovative and visually appealing design that is appropriate to the client and audiences;6.   Ability to produce compelling written and visual digital content for newly launched websites and digital platforms; and7.   Experience in project managing website development projects and facilitating organizational input to deliver on time and within budget.5.0 PROPOSAL SUBMISSIONInterested individual must submit the following documents/information to demonstrate their qualifications:1.   References: Contact details of 3 references;2.   Financial Proposal: Applicants are requested to submit their financial proposal.
