This role is ideal for someone skilled in front-end development, technical SEO, and site performance, who takes ownership from build to launch and continuously improves results.Experience In a Digital Marketing Agency Is Required.Experience in the home service industry is preferred.What you’ll be doing:Build, launch, and optimize high-converting websites and landing pages end-to-endImplement technical SEO, site speed optimization, and Core Web Vitals improvementsSet up and validate tracking & analytics (GA4, GTM, pixels, call tracking)Manage CRM/automation integrations, form routing, site migrations, and clean deploymentsRun QA checks to ensure sites launch correctly and perform optimallyContinuously analyze site performance and make data-driven improvementsUse AI tools to accelerate development, testing, and technical tasksWho are we looking for?3+ years of experience with WordPress custom builds and modern front-end developmentProficient in page builders (Breakdance, Elementor) and CRO optimizationSolid understanding of technical SEO, site speed, and structured site architectureSkilled in analytics setup, tracking validation, and integrationsExperience with CRM/automation tool connections and form workflowsFast, proactive, execution-focused — suggests improvements and owns deliveryComfortable using AI tools to streamline work and boost productivityPosition: Web Developer & AnalystRemote Status: Fully RemoteWorking Hours: 9 am - 5 pmHolidays: US Federal HolidaysSalary: USD 1400 - USD 1700Internal Job ID: 1150
