Hybrid work arrangementCompetitive BenefitsAbout Our ClientA global food company.Job DescriptionCode Quality and ReviewLead comprehensive code reviews for both iOS (Swift with SwiftUI) and Android (Kotlin with a preference for Jetpack Compose).Mobile Application Performance OptimizationEnsure both iOS and Android applications meet defined performance benchmarks, including responsiveness, stability, and load times.Team Leadership and MentorshipMentor and guide the mobile development team in technical practices and agile methodologies, fostering continuous improvement and skill enhancement.Agile Project ManagementLead agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups) in close collaboration with the Director of Software Development. Ensure timely sprint completions, effective issue resolution, and adherence to agile processes.Continuous Improvement and InnovationIdentify and integrate emerging mobile technologies and best practices to enhance app functionality and development efficiency.The Successful ApplicantBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Relevant certifications in mobile development or agile methodologies are a plus.Minimum of 9 years in mobile application development with proven expertise in both iOS and Android platforms.Demonstrated leadership in managing mobile development teams within agile environments.Proven ability to guide, mentor, and inspire cross-functional mobile development teams.Deep knowledge of iOS development using Swift and SwiftUI, as well as Android development using Kotlin (Jetpack Compose required).Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with both technical teams and key stakeholders.Strong analytical skills with the capability to troubleshoot and resolve mobile application issues efficiently.In-depth understanding of Scrum and agile methodologies to drive efficient project management.Proactive in adopting emerging mobile technologies and best practices to enhance development processes and app performance.Must be willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig (Hybrid Work Setup).What's on OfferComprehensive HMO benefits.Allowances to support your professional needs.Opportunity to work in a large organization.Permanent position offering career growth and development.Contact: Bianca CruzabraQuote job ref: JN-112025-6878727
