Job DescriptionBusiness OverviewThe Marketing Division leads brand, creative, marketing, and membership as a cross-group organization with a mission to expand Rakuten Group's membership value and ecosystem of over 70 services.We believe that the mobile domain is a platform that plays a fundamental role in the ecosystem, and as the Marketing Division, we are further promoting collaboration with Rakuten Mobile.Department OverviewThe Marketing Web UX Section is responsible for the production direction, design, and coding of all web pages that customers see before applying or after subscribing.We have directors, designers, and front-end engineers (FE) in charge of the Rakuten Mobile and Rakuten Hikari pages.This is an environment where the members in the whole department can enjoy improving their skills as "one team" while inspiring each other. We hold monthly numerical analysis sharing meetings and study sessions for skill improvement across job categories. Group members review wireframes, designs, and test pages with each other to provide feedback and exchange opinions. When a large project arises, we organize a project team around the director, designer, and FE in charge and communicate closely.Responsible for the creation, operation, and improvement of the web pages that customers first encounter when learning about Rakuten Mobile and considering applying, including the TOP page, price plan, product information, campaigns, optional services, store and area information, customer support, and new content pages.The web directors are assigned to one of two groups within the department: the Web Direction Group or the Web KPI produce Group.The Web Direction Group's mission is to "maximize applications" and "improve the rate of traffic to the application page," and the Web KPI produce Group's mission is to "provide new added value.Each director can experience a wide variety of direction work with speed, while utilizing their own areas of expertise.PositionWhy We HireAdditional hiring to handle the increase in the number of projects and optimization of web pages due to the expansion of our mobile business.Position DetailsDirecting the creation of new pages, improvement of existing pages, and operational work in cooperation with various internal departments.
