A senior-level, with ability to take on a leadership role and oversee the entire design process The ideal candidate is passionate about design, possesses a strong portfolio showcasing both web and print design capabilities, and is proficient in translating business needs into compelling, user-friendly, and aesthetically pleasing digital and physical assets.ResponsibilitiesDesign and create engaging visual content for websites, landing pages, email campaigns, social media, and online advertisements.Develop and maintain visual consistency across all digital and print materials, adhering to brand guidelines.Design and prepare assets for print, including brochures, presentations, packaging, and internal documents.Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to ensure designs are technically feasible and meet project goals.Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and site maps to communicate design ideas and user experience concepts.Stay current with design trends, technology, and best practices in web and graphic design.Manage and prioritize multiple design projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Provide creative input and conceptualize new ideas for campaigns and product launches.Qualifications3+ years of professional experience in graphic design and/or web design.Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in both web and print design projects.Expert proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design toolsExperience with UX/UI principles and creating responsive web designs.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.PreferredKnowledge in Figma and CRMSolid understanding of HTML/CSS and how design translates to web development
