GrowthAssistant is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Web Graphic Designer who can bring ideas to life through visually stunning and professional design work.You’ll be the creative force behind our presentations, landing pages, and marketing visuals—transforming complex information into designs that are clear, modern, and compelling. If you love minimalist design, have a sharp eye for detail, and enjoy experimenting with AI design tools, this role is perfect for you.Compensation & PerksSalary Range: ₱55,000 - ₱75,000/month (Final offer based on skills and experience matched to role requirements)Work Setup: 100% permanent work-from-homeBonuses:$25 monthly perfect attendance bonus Performance bonusAnniversary bonus (₱5,000 at 1 year; ₱10,000 at 2 years)$300 referral bonus per successful hirePaid Parental LeavePaid Time Off:7 holiday PTO days/year6 regular PTO days/yearHealth Coverage: Comprehensive HMO planWhat You’ll DoDesign modern and visually engaging presentations and websites for internal and external use (e.g., sales decks, investor updates, strategy docs, marketing reports).Create and refine slide templates, layouts, and visual systems using Gamma and/or Google Slides or PowerPoint.Design landing pages and interactive experiences using Figma and Gamma.app.Support light design work for social media, email campaigns, and other web assets as needed.Edit and enhance existing visuals — cropping, resizing, and optimizing across formats.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all materials.What We’re Looking For3+ years of experience in graphic or presentation design with a strong portfolio showcasing clean, minimalist, and professional work.Expertise in Figma and proficiency in Google Slides or PowerPoint.Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and branding principles.Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality designs quickly.Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.Comfortable working remotely on PST hours (3 PM–11 PM Manila Time).
