The team is driven by a passion for exploration, with handpicked naturalist guides and a friendly, dedicated staff.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, remote based preferably in the Americas time zones but will consider other geographies based on qualifications. The Web Master reports to the Digital Marketing Manager and will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the company's website and e-commerce operations. Responsibilities include managing web design and programming projects, optimizing website performance through web analytics, and overseeing updates and enhancements. The role also involves project management to ensure a seamless website experience and alignment with company goals.Qualifications (at least 5 - 10 years experience)Expertise in Web Design and E-Commerce solutionsProficiency in Programming and coding skills relevant to web developmentExperience in Project Management with the ability to meet deadlines and oversee deliverablesKnowledge of Web Analytics and tools to monitor and improve website performanceStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailGood communication skills to collaborate with various teamsPrior experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plusBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related fieldSEO acumen is a big plus.
