Noxlumyn is on the lookout for a Web Production Manager!Location: RemoteTimings:● International Working Hours | Night Shift● Monday to FridayAbout the Role:We’re seeking an experienced Web Production Manager to lead our distributed team of designers, builders, and content specialists. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment and can manage the end-to-end production of multiple WordPress sites each week, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and excellence across all deliverables.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage a distributed team of web designers, builders, and content specialists.Oversee the production of multiple WordPress sites weekly, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality.Develop, document, and optimize workflows and SOPs for streamlined, efficient production.Coordinate project timelines, allocate tasks, and ensure on-time delivery of all websites.Conduct quality assurance checks to confirm all sites are mobile-optimized, SEO-ready, and high-performing.Manage integrations between WordPress and GoHighLevel CRM systems.Collaborate with leadership to identify automation and AI opportunities within production workflows.Stay current with emerging tools, plugins, and technologies to enhance performance and scalability.Preferred Experience & Skills:Proven experience managing website production or digital projects (agency or high volume environment preferred).Strong proficiency with WordPress and modern page builders such as Elementor, Divi, or Breakdance.Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.Familiarity with web hosting, DNS, and plugin management.Experience connecting websites to GoHighLevel CRM or similar platforms.Hands on experience with AI tools or creating AI agents (chatbots, voice bots, etc.) is a strong plus.Process-oriented mindset with the ability to identify bottlenecks and improve efficiency.What is in it for you?● Paid Time Off● Work From Anywhere!
