Job Description

Responsibilities:Manage website and mobile application content, including product updates and banner placements to ensure accurate and timely display.Coordinate and execute promotional activities through the Backoffice system, ensuring smooth campaign setup and performance.Create, schedule, and send EDMs and push notifications, including conducting system testing on both web and app platforms.Perform end-to-end testing of website and application features to ensure stability, usability, and optimal user experience.Support various online campaigns and digital projects by coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful implementation.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain consistent branding and communication across all digital channels.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.4 years experience in website management, promotion setup, and website/mobile application testing.Proficient in using Magento, WordPress, or other CMS platforms.Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.Strong understanding of online–offline user flows and familiarity with retail or FMCG business models.
