We're looking for a Website Designer & Developer to join our team and take ownership of website projects, from design concepts to fully functional, optimised sites with a strong focus on high-converting landing pages.This role blends creative design skills with technical development expertise, ensuring websites are visually stunning, user-friendly, and built to drive conversions. You'll work closely with the Head of Marketing to implement website updates, create landing pages that convert, improve SEO, and integrate marketing tools and analytics.ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop responsive, user-friendly websites from concept to launchSpecialise in creating high-converting landing pages for campaigns, lead generation, and product launchesMaintain and update existing websites, ensuring content, plugins, and pages are currentOptimise websites and landing pages for speed, SEO, and mobile performanceImplement integrations with CRM systems, marketing tools, and analytics platformsCollaborate with the marketing team to design graphics, banners, and visual assetsTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues with websitesTrack and report website and landing page performance, providing insights for improvementStay up-to-date with design and development trends, UX best practices, and emerging toolsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Web Design, Computer Science, or a related field3+ years of professional experience in web design and developmentProficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with front-end frameworksStrong understanding of responsive design principles and UX/UI best practicesExperience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Shopify) and version control systems (e.g., Git)Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch)Ability to translate business requirements into technical specificationsStrong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issuesExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesExperience in SEO best practices and website analytics is a plusCreative eye for design and attention to detailExperience designing high-converting landing pages using SEO best practices
