This is a hands-on and strategic role, central to driving digital engagement across multiple European markets.As part of a fast-growing MedTech company in the neurotechnology space, you’ll shape how healthcare professionals and consumers interact with our digital ecosystem—driving awareness, patient connections, and lead generation.About the RoleYou’ll lead the migration of European websites from Typo3 to Contentful and take ownership of ongoing site performance, functionality, and optimization. From collaborating with cross-functional teams to managing external vendors, you’ll own the roadmap for our digital experience across seven key markets.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the migration of European websites (DE, NL, UK, FR, CH, AT, BE) from Typo3 to ContentfulServe as Product Owner post-migration, managing the roadmap and backlogOversee website localization, SEO, GDPR compliance, and accessibilityCollaborate across marketing, clinical, and commercial teams to align web strategyManage agencies and external vendors to deliver high-quality digital projectsDrive optimization using A/B testing, personalization, and performance analyticsEnsure lead generation strategies are optimized to drive patient conversionsMonitor KPIs and implement data-driven improvementsWhat We’re Looking For10+ years of website project management and digital marketing experienceExperience in Consumer, Pharma, or Medical Technology industries preferredStrong CMS knowledge (Contentful a plus), SEO, UI/UX principles, and web analyticsExpertise in lead generation and conversion optimization strategiesFluency in English and German requiredStrong project management and stakeholder communication skillsHands-on experience (technical understanding to command line level ideal)If you’re passionate about shaping digital strategy within an innovative healthcare company, apply directly or get in touch for a confidential conversation.
