This role is perfect for someone passionate about digital experiences and eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our website, contributing to its continuous improvement, and ensuring a seamless user experience.Responsibilities:Make regular website updates, including content, collateral and imagesDrive A/B testing and optimization efforts to improve conversions and user engagementHelp build out personalized web experiencesTroubleshoot and resolve website incidents, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal functionalityCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and development, to implement website enhancements. Monitor website analytics and provide insights to inform future strategiesRequirements:2+ years of experience in web maintenance/managementExperience using website CMS & tools such as WordPress and GoogleAnalyticsFamiliarity with HTML, CSS, and web design principles Knowledge of ABM and personalization platforms such as 6Sense and Mutiny is a plusStrong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment. Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving web trends.
