SukiGrocer is a fast-growing online grocery platform dedicated to bringing fresh, quality products straight to our customers’ doors. With a focus on local sourcing, seamless user experience, and customer satisfaction, we’re redefining the way people shop for groceries online. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Website Specialist to help us scale and optimize our digital presence.The Website Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, performance, and growth of SukiGrocer's website and mobile app. This includes managing content updates, coordinating product uploads, improving the user experience, and ensuring the site is running smoothly, securely, and efficiently. The ideal candidate has a blend of technical know-how, ecommerce insight, and user-centered design thinking.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and update website content, including product listings, banners, categories, and promotional campaigns.Ensure the website is fully functional, mobile-optimized, and aligned with branding and business goals.Work with design, marketing, and inventory teams to ensure consistency across product info, images, and categories.Optimize site performance including speed, SEO, and user experience.Monitor site analytics and track KPIs (e.g., bounce rate, conversion rate, cart abandonment) to inform improvements.Coordinate A/B testing, feature rollouts, and UX enhancements.Handle basic troubleshooting or coordinate with developers for larger technical issues.Maintain website security, updates, and backups in coordination with the tech team.Support digital marketing efforts through landing page development and promotional pages.Stay up-to-date with ecommerce trends and competitor strategies.QualificationsWilling to work onsite 3x a week in Paseo de Roxas, MakatiBachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field (or equivalent experience).At least 2 years of experience managing ecommerce or content-heavy websites.Proficiency with CMS platforms (e.g. Shopify).Strong understanding of SEO best practices and tools (e.g., Google Analytics).Excellent organizational and project management skills.Eye for design and detail; able to maintain brand consistency.Experience with ecommerce platforms, payment gateways, and inventory systems is a plus.
