Job DescriptionAs the Managing Director, you will lead QCA through its critical transition from startup to scale-up, with a focus on driving growth, product innovation, and global market penetration. Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Growth: Develop and implement a global growth strategy to position QCA as the leading compliance solution. Sales & Marketing Leadership:

Drive market expansion, customer acquisition, and deepen client relationships while leading the sales and marketing teams. Product Innovation: Collaborate with the development team to continuously enhance and adapt the product to meet evolving global compliance needs. Global Expansion: Spearhead international expansion efforts and foster partnerships across diverse markets and industries. Financial Management: Ensure financial health through effective budget management and achieving financial targets. QualificationsProven experience in scaling early-stage companiesStrong understanding of compliance frameworks like NIS2, DORA, and cybersecurity regulations. Experience in managing compliance for enterprise or governmental organizations is a plus.

Strong track record in sales leadership and delivering customer-centric productsEntrepreneurial mindset with a readiness to embrace innovationExcellent communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus)Passion for sustainability, personal development, and system thinkingTeam-oriented with a structured, customer-focused approachLegal knowledge is a plusExperience in managing compliance for enterprise or governmental organizations is a plus.
