The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Lean principles, with a track record of delivering measurable efficiency, cost, and quality improvements. RequirementsKey Responsibilities Lean Strategy & Execution - Design, implement, and sustain Lean strategies to enhance efficiency, eliminate waste, and improve productivity across the organization. Process Optimization - Analyze current workflows, identify bottlenecks, and develop solutions to streamline operations.
Cross-Functional Leadership - Lead and mentor cross-functional teams in executing Lean initiatives, ensuring alignment and measurable impact. Training & Capability Building - Develop and deliver Lean training programs to upskill employees on principles, tools, and best practices. Performance Measurement - Establish, monitor, and report on KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of Lean initiatives. Continuous Improvement Culture - Foster an organization-wide mindset of ongoing improvement and innovation. Stakeholder Collaboration - Partner with production, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless execution of Lean projects. Requirements Education - Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related discipline.
Experience - Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in Lean implementation, preferably in the fashion/garments industry. Certifications - Lean certification (e. g. , Six Sigma, Kaizen) strongly preferred. Skills: Expertise in Lean tools and methodologies (Value Stream Mapping, Root Cause Analysis, etc. ) Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting Core Competencies Kaizen Six Sigma
