The ideal candidate will have a solid background in content writing, web content development, SEO copywriting, and crafting engaging ad copies for both digital and traditional media. Experience working in an advertising or creative agency setup is a strong plus, as this role demands a sharp understanding of audience psychology, tone adaptability, and messaging strategy across channels.

As a Content Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering impactful, brand-aligned content that drives engagement, conversions, and brand recall. You should have an eye for detail, a flair for storytelling, and a clear understanding of content's role in the larger marketing and communication strategy. Key Responsibilities: Content Development Write, edit, and proofread high-quality content for websites, landing pages, social media, email campaigns, blogs, video scripts, and product descriptions. Create compelling ad copies for performance marketing campaigns including Facebook, Google Ads, display banners, and more.

Work closely with creative, design, and digital teams to produce content that aligns with brand voice, audience personas, and campaign objectives. SEO & Web Content Writing Research and integrate SEO best practices into all web content to improve organic traffic and search visibility. Collaborate with the SEO team for keyword optimization, meta descriptions, and internal linking strategies. Regularly update website content to keep it fresh, engaging, and relevant. Copywriting & Messaging Develop brand messaging, taglines, product messaging frameworks, and positioning statements in coordination with strategy teams. Write persuasive copy for advertisements, email campaigns, CTAs, and lead generation assets.

Adapt tone, style, and messaging based on different platforms (e. g. , website vs. social vs. email). Campaign Collaboration Work with designers, campaign managers, and strategists in building marketing campaigns end-to-end. Interpret creative briefs and contribute original content ideas that support the campaign narrative. Contribute to brainstorming sessions and ideation for content-led campaign executions. Content Strategy & Research Conduct content audits and competitor analysis to inform writing strategies. Use data and analytics to assess content performance and iterate accordingly. Keep up with industry trends, content formats, and platform innovations to keep content fresh and modern. Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, or content strategy roles in a creative or advertising agency environment. Proven ability to write clear, concise, and grammatically correct copy for diverse mediums. Expertise in web content, SEO writing, and creating effective ad copy for marketing campaigns. Proficiency in tools such as Google Docs, Grammarly, SEO tools (e. g. , SEMrush, Ahrefs), and CMS platforms. Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects with tight deadlines. A portfolio showcasing a variety of content forms, especially marketing copy and web content.
