 Position SummaryWe are looking for a highly capable and motivated Clinic Manager who combines leadership and operational management with front-line administrative and nursing support. This unique role is ideal for someone with a clinical background (e. g. , as an MOA or nurse) who is ready to take on broader responsibilities, including managing clinic performance, leading a team, and ensuring a high standard of care and service delivery. Key ResponsibilitiesClinic ManagementOversee daily clinic operations, patient flow, and staff coordination. Lead, coach, and support MOAs and clinical staff; ensure cross-training and team engagement.

Monitor and manage clinic finances, including staffing ratios, expenses, and supply inventory. Achieve financial targets (e. g. , EBITDA, staffing %) and operational KPIs (e. g. , online booking %, check-in rates). Implement and uphold WELL policies, compliance standards, and College regulations. Ensure a clean, welcoming, and safe clinic environment. Administrative (MOA) DutiesAnswer phones, greet patients, schedule appointments, manage referrals, and complete billing. Maintain patient confidentiality and manage EMR systems (e. g. , Accuro). Support accurate and timely submission of OHIP and private billing. Clinical (Nursing) DutiesSupport physicians in patient care, including patient prep, vitals, and room setup.

Conduct select clinical tasks such as immunizations, ECGs, wound care, or lab specimen collection (as appropriate to credentials and scope). Sterilize equipment and maintain infection prevention standards. Serve as a point-of-contact for clinical questions and post-visit care coordination. You BringAppropriate nursing qualifications (CA, LPN, RN). Previous experience in a clinical and/or management role in a healthcare setting. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Comfort with EMRs (especially OSCAR), Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Teams). Excellent verbal and written communication. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
