We're looking for people who are passionate and have the desire to provide coaching interventions to bolster employee resilience, help them reach goals and/or overcome obstacles.ResponsibilitiesUnder the guidance of the Senior Manager or Director, oversees end-to-end Wellness and Resiliency function of new or smaller (in FTE), managing a team of life coaches and vendor cliniciansEnsures 24/7 coverage of the site/s and that coaches and clinicians are available and scheduling sessions with teammatesLeads the team by fulfilling assigned leadership and management tasks - coach observations, progress monitoring, data collection and reporting, to name a fewInitiates and leads specific programs, activities and projects assigned by the Senior Manager or Director of Wellness and ResiliencyDesigns and facilitates more advanced (i.e., leadership, customized) wellness sessions, outreach programs and activities that support monthly programmingCollaborates with other professionals, conducts research and utilizes critical thinking skills and knowledge to address client needsProactively checks-in with Leaders and Teammates and invites them to individual coaching or group sessions in person, by phone, via email, or video platformsProvides individual and group coaching sessions using prescribed approach, and following the ICF Core Competencies and ICF Code of EthicsPartners in the creation and implementation of individual action plansEvaluates data and checks in with clients at specific times to help them keep track of their achievement of their set goalsSchedules and conducts regular and consistent individual and group coaching sessions and is assigned more complex coaching issues by the Senior Manager or DirectorCreates and organizes confidential client files including intake and session documentationCollaborates with other professionals and utilizes critical thinking skills and knowledge to address client needsAssesses for emergency/crisis needs and ensures safety planning with the clients and proper endorsement to mental health professionalsReports accurate and consistent data following designed processes and using prescribed toolsAttends activities and completes all development programs and training sessions required by the department and the companyRequirementsGraduate of a 4-year college course in Psychology, Social Work, or similar tracks*Minimum 3 years experience in coaching or counselingMinimum 3 years experience leading a teamExcellent interpersonal and leadership skillsHigh level of discretion and confidentialityOutstanding communication skills, with emphasis on listening skillsAbove Average fluency in written and spoken English**A strong desire to help othersFlexibility to work with shifting hoursProficient in office software applicationsPreferred QualificationsCertification in Life CoachingLicensed Psychologist, Guidance Counselor, or PsychometricianMasters Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or similar tracksExperience in and general knowledge of mental health care How We Partner To Protect You: TaskUs will neither solicit money from you during your application process nor require any form of payment in order to proceed with your application.
