Its programs seamlessly integrate wearable technology, personalized check-ins, and proactive health monitoring, providing peace of mind and improving overall quality of life.Position SummaryThe Wellness Support Specialist will play a key role in delivering personalized wellness services to clients using AiCarer’s technology platform and wearable devices. This role focuses on conducting regular check-ins, monitoring wellness data, escalating concerns when needed, and providing emotional and mental support to enhance overall client wellbeing.Key Responsibilities Facilitate client onboarding (for both carers and users) by conducting welcoming setup calls to ensure a personalized experience from day one. Conduct weekly wellness calls covering general well-being, lifestyle, and any concerns clients may have. Monitor clients’ wellness data using wearables integrated with AiCarer’s technology platform, ensuring timely follow-up when indicators suggest concern. Follow the established notification escalation process to promptly alert families, carers, or professionals if urgent issues arise. Coordinate and oversee the Annual 5-Day Check-In program, providing focused support for clients during transitions, recovery, or special circumstances. Generate and share weekly wellness reports with clients and their nominated family members or carers. Provide empathetic mental and emotional support for clients experiencing anxiety, loneliness, or emotional distress. Collaborate with internal teams to continuously enhance service quality and client experience. Perform related tasks as may be assigned from time to time.Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in any Healthcare – Allied Profession (Nursing, Midwife, PT, Pharmacy, Psychology etc.) Experience in wellness coaching, aged care, disability support, or a similar client-facing support role preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust over the phone. Ability to monitor, interpret, and respond to wellness data from wearables or digital health tools. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and follow structured protocols. Comfortable using technology platforms, wearables, and remote communication tools.
