Job Description

We are currently inviting Expressions of Interest for Teller positions within our Retail Branch Network in Port Moresby. How will I help?We are a bank that has been around for generations, helping our customers grow and prosper with their business. As a frontline, customer facing team member in one of our branches in PNG, you will offer our customers a friendly face with a willingness to help them in the best way possible. You will strive to understand what our customers need and provide the right product and/or service while living our customer service promise. What are my key areas of focus?Along with delivering great customer experiences, you’ll also be expected to:

Build knowledge of our products, systems, and services Use and upskill in relevant technologies Apply a basic understanding of risk management Communicate clearly and effectively Demonstrate competence in Microsoft Suite Hold at least a Diploma or higher qualificationWhat do I need?Having an excellent customer service experience, you must be attention to detail, strong problem solving and communication skills, and ability to always work with professionalism and integrity. You will also have a drive to learn more and work well with the team, and be committed to helping our people, customers and communities to succeed.
