We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Singapore or Malaysia. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding partnerships with telecom operators, content providers, technology vendors, and other key stakeholders in the digital content and streaming industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the content ecosystem, OTT/streaming platforms, and partnership models, along with existing industry connections. What You Will Do in WeTVIdentify, negotiate, and establish strategic partnerships with operators, content providers, and technology vendors to drive business growth.

Develop and execute business strategies to expand market reach and revenue streams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, legal) to structure and implement partnership agreements. Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities in the digital content and streaming space. Manage relationships with key partners, ensuring successful execution of joint initiatives. Explore new business models and revenue opportunities in collaboration with partners. What We Would Like to See in You3-5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales, preferably in the content, telecom, or digital media industry.

Strong existing network with operators, vendors, or content providers is a huge plus. Deep understanding of OTT/streaming platforms, content distribution, and partnership models. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken). Proficiency in an additional language (Japanese, Spanish, or Portuguese) is a strong advantage. Highly self-motivated and self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
