💻 RoleRoleThe Commerce Strategy & Operations team rolls up into the VP of Commerce and drives business decisions across post-purchase operations, logistics, payments, user experience, trust and fraud. In this role you will:
Develop and implement commerce strategies that drive margin optimization and/or growth across the post-purchase experienceManage cross-functional commerce projects in close partnership with the product and engineering teamsIdentify inefficiencies in processes and implement improvements to enhance productivity/reduce costsAnalyze commerce data to provide insights and recommendationsNegotiate contracts and manage vendor performance to ensure quality and cost-effectivenessTeam members in this role are required to be within commuting distance of our New York, NY, San Francisco, CA, or Los Angeles, CA hubs.
