In this role, you'll: Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for roles of varying seniority, including executive-level hiring. Collaborate with senior leadership to define hiring needs and candidate profiles.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, and other platforms. Conduct initial screenings, in-depth interviews, and candidate assessments with a focus on leadership and cultural fit. Provide market insights on talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and hiring timelines. Ensure an outstanding candidate experience through proactive and professional communication. Maintain and grow a strong pipeline of senior and executive talent for future hiring needs. What they're looking for: 3-5 years of experience managing recruitment across various seniority levels. Proven ability to organize recruitment data and deliver accurate reporting. Experience hiring in the GCC region is a plus.
Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. Fluency in English with excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to advise senior stakeholders.
