You will work closely with senior management to communicate the company’s financial performance, strategy, and growth opportunities effectively. Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate all investor relations activities including earnings releases, investor meetings, and roadshows. Develop and maintain comprehensive investor relations materials including presentations, press releases, and annual reports. Monitor market trends, shareholder sentiments, and competitor activities to provide actionable insights to senior management. Respond to investor inquiries promptly and professionally. Collaborate with finance, legal, and communications teams to ensure consistent messaging. Support quarterly earnings calls and prepare related materials. Maintain compliance with SEC regulations and disclosure requirements. Qualifications:
4–8 years of experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Communications, Finance, or related fields. Strong understanding of financial statements, capital markets, and SEC reporting. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Proficiency in MS Office, IR platforms, and financial databases preferred. Salary and Benefits: Competitive annual salary ranging from $155,000 to $170,000.
