This role focuses on building and owning lifecycle marketing, CRM management, and relationship-driven account growth for independent studios and small chains. The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, and comfortable creating new systems that directly drive revenue and repeat ordering.Responsibilities—what you'll do:Lifecycle Marketing OwnershipBuild and manage automated lifecycle flows for wholesale accounts, including onboarding, replenishment, lapse/dormancy, product education, and seasonal campaignsCreate segmentation strategies based on order frequency, AOV, product categories, and growth potentialTest and optimize messaging, incentives, and cadence to increase order frequency and retentionMaintain performance reporting for all lifecycle programsCRM ManagementOwn the wholesale CRM end-to-end, including configuration, data hygiene, tagging, segmentation, and reportingEnsure wholesale data accuracy and usability across systemsDevelop dashboards that track account health, reorder patterns, and lifetime valueSurface insights and opportunities proactively to leadershipLong-Tail Revenue GrowthIncrease predictable recurring revenue from smaller studios and frequent-order accountsBuild reorder calendars and proactive outreach plans for each account segmentOperate wholesale perks and tier structures to reward consistent monthly orderingUse structured communication (email, SMS, quarterly calls) to drive reordersAccount Relationship ManagementServe as strategic partner to studios, offering guidance on assortment decisions, merchandising, and sell-through strategiesConduct quarterly business reviews with top and emerging accountsTrain accounts on product features, materials, and customer-facing best practicesDeploy winback and retention playbooks for at-risk accountsCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with marketing to align wholesale campaigns, launches, and educational contentWork with operations to ensure inventory accuracy, predictable fulfillment, and clean SKU structuresCollaborate on wholesale revenue forecasts, demand planning, and account-level opportunity listsProvide structured feedback on product performance and studio needsReporting & PerformanceReport weekly on account retention, reorder frequency, churn risk, and lifecycle flow performanceDrive revenue targets and demonstrate month-over-month improvements in repeat ordering behaviorBuild repeatable SOPs and systems that scale as the wholesale channel growsQualifications:Must have:3-6 years of experience in wholesale account management, lifecycle marketing, CRM management, or customer successBackground in beauty, jewelry, apparel, accessories, salon supply, or other boutique-driven wholesale categoriesStrong CRM ownership experience (HubSpot, Airtable, Pipedrive, or similar)Proficient in Shopify analytics, customer tagging, and wholesale pluginsStrong analytical skills with ability to build dashboards and interpret dataExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsComfortable in fast-paced startup environment and able to create structure where none existsFully fluent in EnglishAbility to commit long-term and full-timeThis position is for serious, career-oriented candidatesNice to have:Experience building automated email or SMS flows in KlaviyoFamiliarity with Shopify, Matrixify, or Google Sheets advanced functionsExperience supporting or growing small, independent retail accountsPrior experience in lifecycle retention for B2BWhat we offer:Best salaries in the industryPermanent ability to work from anywhere in the worldOpportunities for growth and advancementA fast-paced and collaborative environmentWarm and friendly company cultureFull benefitsBenefits at Persona:Health insuranceUnlimited paid time off (paid sick and vacation leaves)Annual bonuses based on performanceMonthly tech allowanceOpportunity to be paid in your currency of choiceOthers depending on seniorityThis is a full-time and long-term role, dedicated exclusively to serving one of our clients.
