We are committed to delivering high-quality products and exceptional service to meet the unique needs of our clients to help them drive success.Position SummaryThe Wholesale Division Manager is responsible for leading the growth and operational excellence of Kings Energy Group’s wholesale product and service offerings, product marketing and site selection, ensuring strategic alignment with market opportunities and organizational goals. The Wholesale Division Manager builds and maintains key relationships with vendors, customers, and carriers, and provides financial oversight for division initiatives.Duties and ResponsibilitiesLeading the Wholesale Sales & Operations Teams including:· Develop a high-performing, results-driven wholesale team by reinforcing company standards, leading by example, and fostering a culture of accountability, pride, and engagement.· Hold team members and partners accountable to delivery performance, communication standards, and process execution through clear expectations, coaching, and KPI tracking.Product Marketing & Go-to-Market Strategy· Identify and validate new product and service opportunities (e.g., lubricants, DEF, grease, gas and diesel suppliers).· Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and launch plans.· Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform product strategy.· Collaborate with vendors to build relationships and support strategic purchasing decisions.Wholesale Product Sales Leadership· Drive revenue growth through wholesale channels.· Build and manage relationships with key accounts.· Set and monitor sales targets, pipeline health, and conversion metrics.· Develop relationships with third-party carriers to assist operations with fulfillment as required.Drilling Sales Program Oversight· Develop and implement sales strategies for drilling services/products.· Partner with operations to ensure delivery excellence and customer satisfaction.· Track performance metrics and adjust tactics to meet growth goals.New Site Selection & Development· Lead evaluation and selection of new geographic sites for business expansion.· Assess regulatory, logistical, and market viability of potential locations.· Assist the Asset Manager to understand infrastructure planning for new sites.Stakeholder Support· Act as the key contact for sales staff, operations, vendors, and clients regarding wholesale-related issues.· Provide timely communication and problem-solving to support business continuity.Tools, Systems, Equipment and Machinery· Computer, SharePoint, Outlook, CRM and Project Management Software· Sales and Market Analytics Platforms· Standard office and field tools as required for site visitsPhysical Requirements· Regular travel to customer sites, vendor locations, and new development areas across Western Canada.· Ability to inspect facilities, attend meetings, and participate in field operations as needed.· Extended periods of standing or walking in sales and operational environments.Travel Requirements· Travel across Western Canada to wholesale customer and vendor sites as required.· Mileage reimbursement provided.Working Environment· Combination of remote-based work, office environment, and field/site visits.· Standard Monday–Friday hours with flexibility for project timelines.Communication· Cross-Functional Communication: Collaborate with operations, logistics, and leadership teams to align sales strategies and project execution.· Team Communication: Engage regularly with sales and field teams to ensure alignment and accountability.· Vendor & Customer Interaction: Manage professional, timely communication with service providers and customers to ensure delivery standards are met.Qualifications· 5+ years of experience in wholesale sales, product marketing, or division management, preferably in the downstream petroleum industry.· 10 -15 years in a sales role.· Strong knowledge of wholesale product channels, market analysis, and operational coordination.· Proven track record of managing multiple projects, accounts, and partners with competing deadlines.· Strong organizational, financial, and communication skills.· Ability to travel frequently across Western Canada.· A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.Compensation· Compensation for this role is commensurate with experience and includes a competitive base salary, a monthly vehicle allowance, and a performance-based bonus structure.
