Given our decade of success, we have evolved to become one of the top trusted providers in Singapore and service a client base across banking and financial services, insurance, information technology, healthcare, retail and supply chain.We are currently looking to hire a Wi-Fi Field TechniciansLocation: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaKey ResponsibilitiesInstallation: Installing internet service, Wi-Fi connected devices(Access Points, Routers, Switches), and associated wiring or cabling for residential and business customers.Maintenance and troubleshooting: Performing maintenance on network equipment, identifying and fixing issues, replacing malfunctioning components, and ensuring optimal network performance.Configuration: Setting up and configuring wireless equipment, including routers, antennas, and access points, based on client needs.Customer support: Providing technical support to customers, explaining how to use the equipment and service, and maintaining a professional and positive demeanor.Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of installations, service calls, and troubleshooting steps.Physical tasks: Completing jobs that may involve climbing ladders or poles, working in attics or crawl spaces, and lifting equipment. This often requires manual dexterity and physical fitness.Qualifications & Experience:Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams.Problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues.Ability to work independently or as part of a team.Flexibility and adaptability for tasks and work hours, which may include on-call duty, weekends, or holidays.Manual dexterity and physical ability to perform tasks like climbing, bending, and lifting.Knowledge of network and telecom equipment and the ability to stay current with industry trends.Excellent attention to detail for accurate installation and documentation.WHAT’S ON OFFERYou will be remunerated with an excellent base salary and entitled to attractive company benefits.
