This is a full-time, day shift position running Monday to Friday, with regular overtime available.About The CompanyThis company is a global leader in its field, operating a highly automated and advanced manufacturing facility. Known for innovation, quality, and operational excellence, they offer a professional and supportive work environment focused on safety and continuous improvement.The Role As a Welder/fabricator you will be responsible for maintaining and servicing a wide range of production machinery to ensure maximum uptime and performance.Key Responsibilities IncludeFabricate, assemble, and repair stainless steel and other metal components for bakery equipment and production lines.Perform TIG, MIG, and arc welding to meet food-grade standards and site specifications.Inspect and maintain equipment, ensuring welds meet safety, hygiene, and quality requirements.Modify and install piping systems, conveyors, ovens, mixers, and other production machinery as needed.Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to carry out accurate fabrication and installation work.Work closely with maintenance and engineering teams to support equipment upgrades, breakdown repairs, and continuous improvement projectsWhat’s On Offer$47 per hour + superannuationDay shift hours - Monday to FridayStable, long-term opportunity with a respected international businessWork in a clean, advanced, and well-maintained facility
