Fresh Grad Engineer

Job ResponsibilityAssist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, hardware, and software. Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and escalating complex problems to senior engineers. Monitor system performance and identify potential issues, implementing proactive measures to prevent downtime. Participate in the development and maintenance of system documentation, including standard operating procedures and troubleshooting guides. Assist in the implementation of security measures to protect systems and data from unauthorized access. Collaborate with senior engineers on projects to improve system efficiency and reliability. Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in system engineering.

Job RequirementsPossess a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Excellent communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin, both written and verbal. Fresh graduate are welcome to applyEntry-level position suitable for fresh graduates with a strong interest in system engineering. Proficiency in at least one programming language, preferably Python, with a willingness to learn new technologies. Strong understanding of fundamental IT concepts, including networking, operating systems, and hardware. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals.

Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical issues. Willingness to work on-site in Kuala Lumpur and adapt to the company's work culture.
