Job Purpose The Junior Project Manager (JPM) will support the successful delivery of a key Project by providing administrative coordination, documentation, tracking, and stakeholder support. The JPM will work closely with the senior project lead, financial and legal advisors, business units, and external stakeholders (e. g. , regulators, rating agencies) to ensure timely and effective execution of all project milestones. Key Responsibilities Project Coordination & Administration Facilitate creation and maintenance of project milestones and plans. Manage and regularly groom task backlogs in collaboration with the project team. Organize and coordinate project meetings, workshops, and agile ceremonies.
Support project budgeting process and execute costs control. Stakeholder Management & Communication Serve as the point-of-contact for day-to-day coordination with internal teams (legal, finance, compliance, etc. ). Assist in communication and document flow with external advisors (e. g. , investment bankers, legal advisors, credit rating agencies). Track stakeholder requests and follow up to ensure timely responses. Documentation & Compliance Support Maintain a central repository of all project documents including contracts, regulatory filings, presentations, and reports. Other tasks assigned.
