Helping to organise internal & external catering eventsSupporting subordinate (Any issue, training, advice staff on the best ways)Conduct training to new & existing Barista to maintain high quality, quickly and customer satisfactionConduct training to improve Barista Skill and coffee knowledge from time to timeTo handle customer complaints and resolve conflict among employees.
Supporting to subordinate any issueManaging overall for set up branchWork closely with Manager for review layout and location of coffee hubWork with Manager to make an order material to support operation on timeframeProcess document & PaymentMaintain updated records of daily, weekly, and monthly revenues and expensesMonitor on daily sale to make more efficiencyKeep tracking for the progress of sale reportOversee all aspects of a café’s operationsTo reduce costs expenses Work closely with Manager and relevant team for ordering process flowNegotiate and vendor comparison on operations materials.
Oversee and monitor availability of stock to reduce shortagesWork closely with Inventory & purchase Supervisor for stock alert and any new ordersTo ensure all stock procedures are managed and controlled within agreed targets and policiesMaintaining inventory of ingredients, coffee bean, milk and other materials for support operationsKeep track of quality, quantity, stock levels
