Coordinate with leadership to align training objectives with business goals. Document and report on training activities and progress. Develop KPIs, dashboards, and metrics to track agent performance. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to agents and team leaders. Deliver onboarding and refresher training for new and existing agents. Ensure training content is aligned with product updates and business needs. Prepare detailed performance reports for senior management. Highlight key insights and recommend areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure agents and retail lending teams are trained on new products and services. Identify skill and knowledge gaps within the retail lending team. Work with the credit training team to develop or source appropriate training solutions. Coach and mentor training team members. Build team capacity and support career development. Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Pedagogy, or Human Resources ManagementMinimum 5 years of experience in banking, performance management, or sales training. Proven experience in training delivery, course design, and public speaking. Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
