Long term.Start date: Flexible, the Client is willing to wait for the right candidate :)Location: WarsawForm of cooperation: 2-3 days per week in the office (Warsaw city-centre)Introduction & Summary:The Wintel Admin/ Server Operation role focuses on the essential tasks of operating and maintaining systems, particularly within our Windows Server Guard. This involves managing incidents, implementing changes, and performing NON-standard tasks within our ITSM system. Candidates must possess strong problem-solving skills and a solid understanding of Microsoft technologies, including Active Directory.Main Responsibilities:As part of your core duties, you will:Document solutions implemented during operations.Engage in problem-solving for technical challenges.Perform performance analysis of systems.Assist with the management and maintenance of complex infrastructures.Automate routine tasks using PowerShell.Key Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent more years of experience.3-5 years of high-level practical experience with Microsoft installations.Solid understanding of Microsoft Windows and Active Directory, server side.Experience in PKI, Windows Clustering, ADFS, DNS, network, GPOs, and security.Strong scripting skills, particularly in PowerShell.Persistent problem-solving ability in a dynamic environment.Ability to maintain an overview of complex infrastructures.Commitment to exceptional customer service.High sense of responsibility towards task solutions.Effective communication skills regarding complex issues.Nice to Have:Experience in developing automated solutions for routine tasks.A proactive attitude towards increasing Windows knowledge.
