Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Wireless Network and Service Monitoring Manager, located in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The Wireless Network and Service Monitoring Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day monitoring of wireless network performance, ensuring network stability, troubleshooting network issues, optimizing network resources, and improving service quality. This role involves coordinating with various teams to ensure effective service delivery, managing network-related incidents, and performing regular network performance reviews. Qualifications Experience in wireless network monitoring and network performance analysisExperience in troubleshooting network issues and optimizing network resourcesKnowledge of Service Quality Management and Incident Management strategiesAbility to coordinate with cross-functional teams for effective service deliveryStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsBachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, or related fieldRelevant certifications such as CISCO, Huawei, or equivalent are a plus
