What you’ll be doingWe’re looking for a data-oriented, execution-driven operator to join one of Wolt Israel’s core growth engines. Our team leads strategic city launches, courier onboarding, and end-to-end execution of expansion projects across the country. In this role, you’ll:
Own courier recruitment and activation for new and existing marketsWork cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, external partners, and local communitiesSpend time both in the field (CP-facing) and behind the scenes, building and executing market entry plansPlay a key role in shaping and driving business growth through smart operations and AI-augmented processesOur humble expectationsStrong data orientation and time managementAbility to work under pressure and tight timelinesSharp execution skills and high autonomy✨ Nice-to-haves: Analytical mindset and experience in project executionYou’ll report directly to the team lead and collaborate closely with a senior specialist.
