The ideal candidate will have expertise in plugin development, theme development, and API integrations. You will play a key role in developing custom solutions, ensuring optimal performance, and meeting client requirements.Job Requirements: Core Expertise:Proficiency in WordPress Backend Development including custom plugin and theme development.Strong understanding of Action Hooks and Filter Hooks in WordPress.Hands-on experience with API development and integration within the WordPress ecosystem.Comprehensive knowledge of PHP, MySQL, and WordPress architecture.Ability to design and implement custom solutions without modifying core WordPress files.Technical Skills:Proficient in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and practices.Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.Familiarity with database optimization and performance tuning for WordPress.Proficient in debugging tools and techniques for WordPress.Strong understanding of WordPress frameworks, popular plugins, and themes.Preferred Skills:Capability to develop and customize themes and plugins from scratch.Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to troubleshoot and research independently.Experience in implementing and managing WordPress multisite environments.Ability to provide recommendations for optimal plugin stacks and design solutions.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Other Requirements:Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
