This is a strategic leadership opportunity for an individual with experience in industrial services, fabrication, and team management, who thrives in a fast-paced and evolving environment. Role SummaryAs Divisional Manager, you will lead a multifaceted operation, managing business development, pricing, proposals, aftersales support, and workshop coordination. You will play a pivotal role in sourcing new business, maintaining high standards of service, and driving operational efficiency.

Collaboration with internal teams and the ability to lead and develop technical staff including welders and workshop personnel is essential to the role.

Key ResponsibilitiesSource and secure new business opportunities across the divisionPrice equipment, specialized bodies, parts, materials, and workshop services while tracking costs to ensure profitability and customer satisfactionPrepare and submit detailed quotations and commercial proposals in a timely mannerEnsure the delivery of high-quality aftersales service to all clientsMonitor sales performance and customer feedback to continuously improve offerings and service standardsOversee the coordination of workshop resources, including fabrication teams and welders, and adapt operations as needed to meet Group goalsLead continuous improvement initiatives around tools, job execution processes, and team developmentReview and optimize internal processes to increase efficiency and reduce wasteHandle administrative tasks including effective file management and record keepingGeneral ResponsibilitiesDemonstrate initiative in developing skills and knowledge across all areas of the divisionEngage fully in additional responsibilities including training courses and in-house learning opportunitiesMaintain strong attention to detail and uphold high standards in all dutiesPromote and maintain workplace health, safety, and cleanlinessPresent yourself professionally and serve as a role model for the wider teamQualifications & SkillsProven experience in divisional or operational management, ideally within fabrication, mechanical services, or industrial sectorsStrong working knowledge of fabrication and experience managing welders and workshop operationsDemonstrated ability to write proposals and prepare quotations for industrial equipment and service contractsStrong business development skills with a history of meeting revenue targetsProficient in managing budgets, tracking costs, and controlling pricingExcellent leadership, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to analyze and improve internal systems and workflowsCommitted to high standards of quality, safety, and customer service
