This position also assists with training and coaching of Work Order Analysts and supports the Director of Software Support.What you'll be doingSupport Work Order Analysts as an escalation resource for questions and issues that may arise during work order evaluations or stalled feedback processes.Provide support coverage during high-demand periods and team member absences.Review and validate Tech Complete work orders for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company policies.Audit work order data against defined requirements based on work order type. This includes ensuring all work order fields are completed and accurate, labor records are correct, required attachments are present, vendor documentation is included when applicable, related inspections are completed and documented, and validating environmental sign-off is complete when applicable.Identify missing or inconsistent information and notate discrepancies for site correction.Monitor tracking system for new work orders requiring review.Monitor for work orders resubmitted after site corrective action and audit against original criteria again.Place complete and accurate work orders in Work Complete status.Identify and escalate recurring compliance failures to leadership for corrective action.Consistently meet or exceed efficiency and accuracy targets, which serve as key performance indicators for this position.Assist Director of Software Support with updating and maintaining documented standard operating procedures.Help identify process inefficiencies and recommend solutions to optimize performance. Observe and evaluate Work Order Analysts execution of tasks to assess adherence to policies and procedures and provide actionable feedback to improve accuracy and efficiency.Participate in and assist with periodic training and development sessions to enhance accuracy, improve process efficiency, and stay aligned with evolving policies and procedures.Typical Physical Demands: Sit and stand to do clerical work. Regularly lift and move equipment and supplies up to 25-50 lbs.Who we're looking forHigh School diploma or GEDMinimum of two (2) years of administrative or data entry experienceRelevant industry and leadership experience preferredAudit experience is a plusExperience leading a team or managing others a plusStrong data entry and documentation skills with high attention to detail and deadlinesAbility to effectively work within a decentralized / highly autonomous business model both collaborating as a team member and working independently.Highly motivated, efficient, and works successfully in a fast-paced environment involving large amounts of data.Proficiency with Outlook, Excel and Word.Existing Yardi knowledge is a bonusAbility to communicate effectively across multiple levels of the organizationAbility to work with sensitive and confidential informationDemonstrates ethics and integrity, with clear understanding and adherence to ethical principles, company values, Code of Ethics, and policies.Active and valid Driver’s LicenseWork Order Management System TrainingWork Order Assurance Compliance TrainingPay Rate: $30.00 - $35.00 hr *This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable. The amount and availability of any bonus, commission, or any other form of compensation that are allocable to a particular employee remains in the Company's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified at the Company's sole discretion, consistent with the law.
