Job Title: Workday Functional ConsultantSalary: PHP 50,000 – PHP 60,000 (with basic benefits, life & accident insurance, and HMO coverage)Work Setup: Hybrid (flexible arrangement)Location: TaguigShift Schedule: Day & Mid ShiftJob SummaryWe are looking for a Workday HCM Specialist to support our HR technology operations. The ideal candidate has solid experience with Workday HCM (core module) and exposure to at least one additional module such as Time Tracking, Absence, Compensation, Reporting, or Benefits. Combinations like HCM + Time Tracking, HCM + Benefits, or HCM + Compensation are acceptable.This role focuses on data audits, governance, documentation, reporting, and process optimization. While it is not primarily a configuration or design role, we prefer someone who has previous configuration experience to provide insights when needed.Key Responsibilities• Conduct data audits and maintain governance standards to ensure accuracy and integrity.• Document HR processes, workflows, and system information.• Generate reports and provide analytics to support HR initiatives.• Improve HR processes using Workday tools and capabilities.• Assist end-users with system-related inquiries and provide guidance.• Work closely with HR and IT teams to support ongoing operations.• Maintain documentation and assist with continuous improvement efforts.Required Skills & Qualifications• At least 2 years of experience with Workday HCM (core module)• Experience in BPO is a plus• Experience with at least one additional Workday module (Time Tracking, Absence, Compensation, or Benefits)• Strong understanding of HR processes, data governance, and documentation• Previous configuration experience required• Experience with HR data management or analytics tools is an advantage• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills• Detail-oriented and analyticalPreferred Qualifications• Workday certification• Experience in HR technology or consulting environments• Broader knowledge across multiple Workday modules
