Job Title: Workday HCM Functional ConsultantLocation: Atlanta, GADuration: Long TermJob Description:We’re looking for an experienced Workday HCM Functional Consultant to join our client’s HR systems team in Atlanta. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Workday HCM configuration, business process design, and end-user support.Key Responsibilities:Lead and support the configuration and enhancement of Workday HCM modules (Core HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, Compensation, etc.)Work closely with HR and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Workday solutionsSupport Workday implementation and ongoing optimization effortsTroubleshoot functional issues and collaborate with technical teams for resolutionConduct testing (unit, regression, and user acceptance) for new configurations and updatesProvide functional guidance, documentation, and training to end usersRequired Skills & Experience:5+ years of Workday HCM functional experienceStrong knowledge of Core HCM, Business Process Configuration, and Security setupHands-on experience with at least two additional modules (e.g., Time Tracking, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, or Recruiting)Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and deliver high-quality solutionsExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsPreferred Qualifications:Workday certification(s) in HCM or related modulesExperience working in mid to large enterprise environmentsPrior consulting experience
