Job Description

Workday Support SpecialistAbout the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Workday Support Specialist with strong problem-solving and analytical skills. The ideal candidate will have experience providing support services in HR-related matters, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide support for HR systems with a focus on Workday HCM modules and related functionalities.Troubleshoot issues, manage release updates, and ensure data integrity across HR processes.Develop and analyze HR reports using Excel and Workday reporting tools.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver effective system configurations.Participate in integration projects, especially with Peoplesoft Payroll and other HR applications.Support implementation of SSO, authentication policies, and system security enhancements.Assist with configuration, testing, and building of Workday tenants.Partner with business stakeholders to define requirements, recommend configuration options, and support ongoing system improvements.Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 2 years of experience providing HR-related support services.Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new HR systems.Proficiency in Excel, HR reporting tools, and data analysis.Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal abilities.Experience in Workday Core HCM (Recruitment, Absence, Expense, Time Tracking, Benefits, Termination, Compensation & Advanced Compensation, Change Job, Extend, Case Management, Career Hub, Learning, Talent, Peakon, Adaptive Planning, Report Writer, Calculated Fields, Security, and Business Process Framework).Experience managing Workday Release Management.Hands-on experience with Workday integrations (Core Connectors, EIBs, Workday Studio, Payroll Integrations, REST, SOAP APIs).Familiarity with Oracle Peoplesoft configuration.Knowledge of SSO, multi-factor authentication, and authentication policies.Preferred QualificationsWorkday Certification(s).Experience with requirement gathering, testing, and providing configuration options for product owners.Prior experience in tenant building and configuration management.
