Job Title: Remote Decisions Workflow DeveloperLocation: Fully RemoteEmployment Type: ContractHere at Sutoer Solutions: We're seeking a talented Decisions Workflow Developer to join our remote team and drive workflow automation excellence.Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Decisions Workflow Developer to design, build, and optimize automated workflows using the Decisions platform. In this remote role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline business processes, integrate systems, and deliver scalable solutions that enhance operational efficiency. If you thrive in a flexible, remote environment and have hands-on expertise with Decisions Workflow, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end workflows, rules engines, forms, and dashboards using Decisions Workflow platform.Analyze business requirements and translate them into efficient, automated processes with integrations (e.g., APIs, SQL databases, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics).Customize Decisions modules for document management, reporting, notifications, and AI-driven decision-making.Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain existing workflows to ensure 99%+ uptime and performance.Collaborate remotely with stakeholders via tools like Slack, Zoom, and Jira to gather requirements and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT).Document workflows, create training materials, and support end-user adoption.Stay current with Decisions updates and best practices to recommend process improvements.Required Qualifications:3+ years of hands-on experience with Decisions Workflow platform (designing flows, rules, integrations, and reporting).Proven track record of deploying 5+ production workflows in Decisions.Strong knowledge of low-code BPM tools, SQL, REST APIs, and web services.Experience integrating Decisions with enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, Office 365).Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).Preferred Qualifications:Decisions certification (e.g., Decisions Developer or Architect).Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.Familiarity with AI/ML integrations in Decisions or related platforms (e.g., Power Automate).Prior remote work experience with strong communication skills.
