You'll ensure smooth workflow distribution, maintain quality standards, and drive operational excellence while supporting a growing team of legal professionals in delivering exceptional service to our clients.Your Day-to-day ResponsibilitiesMonitor, triage and assign incoming tasks across the team using internal platforms and toolsManage resources and distribute workloads fairly to maintain operational efficiencyOptimise legal contract workflows to ensure efficient processing and SLA deliveryIdentify bottlenecks and implement solutions to streamline contract processingCollaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow integrationDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiencyMaintain accurate and up-to-date data by regularly entering and verifying billing and operational information in internal systemsTrack recurring patterns in tickets to suggest automation opportunities or product improvementsIdeally, You Should Have The Following QualificationsPrevious experience managing workflow distribution and ticketing systems in a fast-paced environmentUnderstanding of legal contracts Front and or Airtable experience is a huge plus!Experience in project or team coordination, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesStrong organisational and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detailProven track record of implementing and optimising operational processesExperience with productivity and workflow management toolsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team coordinationEnthusiasm for working with new technologies, particularly artificial intelligence and machine learning, with a focus on operational efficiency and automationWhat’s In It For YouSalary: CompetitiveHybrid schedule: We offer a flexible working schedule.
