Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt for a Workforce Real-Time Analyst. The primary responsibilities include real-time monitoring of workforce management, analyzing staffing levels, managing eWFM systems, and ensuring optimal resource allocation. The role entails acting as a liaison between various departments to communicate staffing needs and adjustments, providing real-time support to ensure operational efficiency, and creating reports to facilitate workforce planning and decision-making.
