Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Workforce Specialist based in Cairo, Egypt. The Workforce Specialist will be responsible for workforce planning, management, and development to optimize operational efficiency. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing performance data, monitoring staffing needs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with service standards and client objectives. Additionally, the Workforce Specialist will work to improve resource allocation strategies and address real-time workforce challenges. Qualifications Strong analytical skills for interpreting and leveraging data to drive workforce decisionsExperience in workforce management, planning, and developmentEffective communication skills to collaborate with teams and convey actionable insightsProficiency in problem-solving and adapting to dynamic operational environmentsAbility to work in an on-site setting and strong organizational abilitiesBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fieldsExperience in CX operations or BPO environments is a plus
