As a working student SDR, you warm up new leads, book and confirm high quality first meetings with our AEs, and make sure every conversation starts informed and on time. You will master top of funnel outreach in HubSpot and CloudTalk, support weekly online events, and keep no shows low so momentum stays high. The role is remote in Europe, 15–20 hours with some evenings or weekends, English first and German a plus. If you love clear goals and crisp execution, this is a fast track to a full-time Sales Manager role with a strong success component.Role basicsContract: working student, 15-20 hours per week, with some evenings and weekends possible.Location: remote within Europe (Germany, Austria, Spain, Portugal, France, the UK, Cyprus)Tools: HubSpot and CloudTalk.Events: weekly online events in the early evening.Start: as soon as possible.Compensation: competitive with a strong success component.ApplyPlease send your CV or LinkedIn profile and three short lines on why you enjoy turning leads into great first meetings. If you have a sample outreach message or a call script you are proud of, feel free to include it.Your Main Tasks Will IncludeYou help people take the first step toward a degree and a new direction. Your job is to turn new leads into completed first meetings with an AE. After that, AEs focus on first meeting to application. A separate teammate supports application to close. You own the momentum at the start.You will send structured multichannel sequences to new leads so they book an engagement call with an AE.You will qualify sales qualified leads by courteous outbound calling, check their interest and fit, and schedule the first meeting.You will follow up with silent leads who have shown interest and bring them back into the flow with clear next steps.You will invite leads to weekly Open Days and Immersions and create genuine interest in attending.You will call leads who already booked with an AE to confirm eligibility and interest so that the meeting is productive.You will keep HubSpot and CloudTalk up to date by logging status, next steps, and outcomes so that nothing slips.How We Measure SuccessYour main KPI is the percentage of leads that become completed first meetings with an AE.Your secondary KPI is the edcation level of each lead before the AE call so that the conversation is informed and valuable.You also work to reduce the no show rate and to maximize the education score of your leads.What We Are Looking ForYou are currently enrolled as a student and you want real sales experience with real responsibility.You communicate clearly in English and you are confident on the phone and in writing.
