Our team leverages cutting-edge AI to empower UX/UI designers, enhancing their onboarding experience and enabling them to design and develop global digital Allianz solutions. You will be part of a global Allianz UX community and immersed in a dynamic environment where our Design System, integrated with AI capabilities, supports a large-scale, agile program with a global reach, providing scalable solutions and fostering seamless collaboration across teams.Our goal is to create engaging customer experiences built on the latest technology for Allianz customers across the globe. The team is based in Munich and collaborates closely with Allianz Technology's globally distributed delivery network to ensure high scalability.What You DoDevelop and improve the Allianz NDBX Design System.Test AI tools integration with Design System deliverables.Train large language models with Allianz Design System context.Convert Design System requirements into machine-readable code.Enhance design and front-end development tools with AI capabilities.Collaborate with stakeholders to create documentation and design assets.Work with UX/UI designers and researchers to optimize AI-powered workflows.Share personal experiences to enhance design workflows in the global community.What You BringStudent in Digital Design or Computer Science with a focus on UX Design, Frontend Development, or AI.Ability to contribute to UI/UX design tasks.Knowledge of AI, specifically large language models and Model Context Protocol.Experience with Figma and its AI tools.Basic coding skills in frontend technologies like Angular JS, HTML, and CSS.Motivated to learn about and contribute to the Design System.Strong planning, coordination, communication, and content creation skills, preferably in English.Available to start around January 2026 for a 6-month internship (full-time) or working student position (16-20 hours/week).86401 | Data & AI | Student | n.a. | Allianz Technology | Full Time or Part Time | TemporaryWhat We OfferWe offer flexible schedules aligned with your studies by tailoring your work hours to accommodate your academic commitments, providing the flexibility needed to effectively balance your work responsibilities and studies.
